In an ongoing effort to help further
the education and gain attention for the AZ film community, Friar's Lantern Entertainment is very proud to announce that
America's favorite television personality, Richard Karn (Al Borland of Home Improvement, the host of Family Feud) will
be coming to the valley on Saturday, April 24th!
There will be two separate events with Mr. Karn that day. The
first is an exclusive VIP Lunch, with only 25 total seats available, and tickets are selling fast! The second is a "Meet
& Greet" at which Mr. Karn will be speaking on his experiences in the film/theater/television industries, followed
by a Q&A with the attendees. Here are the details:
WHAT: VIP LUNCH
WHEN: April 24th 11:00am
- 1:00pm
WHERE: Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila (Old Town Scottsdale)
EVENT DETAIL: This is an opportunity to spend
a few hours with Mr. Karn in an “intimate” setting. Seats are limited to this event (about 10 seats left!). A
lunch buffet will be provided to attendees.
WHAT: MEET & GREET
WHEN: April 24th 1:30pm
– 3:30pm
WHERE: Club Rain (Scottsdale)
EVENT DETAIL: Mr. Karn will be speaking on his experiences in the film/theater/television
industries, that will provide essential information to everyone in the film community. Not only will he be speaking to actors
on how he broke into the industry and his acting experiences, he will also be speaking to filmmakers on how to best work with
actors to get the best performance, as well as several other topics. The floor will then be opened up into a Q&A with
the attendees.
